ArbR-Pro determines the amount legally (e.g. §§ 1a, 10 KSchG) or contractually agreed severance payments. ArbR-Pro determines the exact length of service from the start of employment to either today or any time of termination. By converting the average monthly salary, severance payments can be determined for variable factors. The calculation result can be broken down and displayed and exported.
Vacation compensation:
In the event of termination without notice or revocable leave of absence, remaining vacation entitlements may arise which must be paid off. Compensation claims are based on the average salary of the last 13 weeks (or last quarter). The average earnings per week result in the value of a vacation day depending on the number of weekly working days. The calculation result can be broken down and displayed and exported.
Notice periods:
The calculation of notice periods may make it necessary to take into account conflicting provisions from the contract and the law plus probationary periods. By entering the date of the start of employment and the received (or expected) termination, the app calculates the legal and, if applicable, contractual deadlines.
Labor courts:
The local jurisdiction of the labor court in Germay depends on the place of work or the seat / place of residence of the respondent. ArbR-Pro determine the competent labor court and the appellate courts by postcode and contains the contact details of all labor courts in Germany.
