“bs one: companion” is your employee app for Microsoft 365 and gateway to the world of the “bs one” product family. The “bs one: companion” app is the really easy way to reach out to and connect with each employee in your company. It simplifies internal communication no end, and keeps your team updated in real time, around the clock, worldwide.
Import news and information reaches everyone simultaneously, target group-relevant information receive only those it concerns. Employees can additionally make individual settings. This avoids an unwanted flood of information.
The internal phonebook “bs on: directory” is fully integrated into the app. Quickly find comprehensive information about your employees, locations, meeting rooms, on-site emergency phone numbers and much more. You can call directly from the app, send emails or messages, or even navigate to the place in question.
“bs one: companion” integrates seamlessly into an existing infrastructure from Microsoft SharePoint/O365, Teams and the “bs one” product family. It transports contents from portals and digital workplaces to mobile devices and minimises the training time for your employees. An integrated user directory also enables employees in Production or Field Sales to access information and data.
