Works great - easy to learn

I just sprung for a professional mirrored teleprompter and that was a great decision. I can't believe how much time the whole rig has saved me in a recent video series I created. I spent more time scripting, but a lot less time recording and editing. Another benefit was it got me out from behind my desk so I could be more natural in a chair and not just a talking head into a webcam. Anyway, for it to work, I needed a professional teleprompter app that could handle mirroring. So I paid the fee for this app and it was worth every penny. It was easy to configure and run, and it pulled my scripts from Dropbox to my iPad seamlessly. It was straightforward to change the speed and I was up and running in no time. They also sent good support right away to answer common questions, and I appreciated that. One thing I need to investigate is if I can save my scrolling speed as a default. I also found that working with a remote was a little buggy. When I hit the button to to have it jump up or down to the next segment, it did that fine, but then it stopped scrolling. As a result, I'd have to physically lean forward and hit the scroll button again. That defeats the purpose of having a remote, so I need to see if that's a setting issue. Today I also tried it today on my desktop to scroll on my screen while recording a video with my webcam on Zoom. It was also easy and allowed me to get a video in one take without any editing required. Slick!
EXCELENT multi devices app

I desperately looked for a product that I could use in multiple devices. For instance... I create all the recording scripts using my laptop...sometime, my iPad...and alwasy use my iPhone to trigger the actual text while shooting my videos. This app gave me exactly the flexibility my work demanded and much more. It integrated the Telepromter pro video which I can see the mirror of my work as long I bought the pro version in both and used the exact same login credentials, Worked like a charm... I wich to see the ability to drag and drop files among multiple folders. They provide a llist of remote controlers that are compatible. I bought two of them (beautiful design just like the Apple TV remote control) but extremely limited in features. End up finding one better than those... so if you are looking for a nice RC to handle your own recordings...I suggest you to use "Elite Remote IKan. Still looking for a feture to enter "cue points" in the actual text... but over all.. LOVED this app. 5 stars

I worked in broadcast news for many years, both in studio and in the field. This is the teleprompter software that will make your on-camera reads a snap for your talent. It's a big time-saver in a number of ways, including making script changes on the fly, adjusting scroll speed, and having the ability to make fine adjustments to help the reader keep her/his place and reduce eye shift--that means fewer flubs, less takes, and less editing for those pre-recorded sessions.It's an immense upgrade from the clunky software that came with my current 15" prompter. The flexibility and control even with the base level software is surprising--the fact that top networks use this is not.
Highlighting Glitch Makes This Hard to Trust for Shows

I’ve used this teleprompter software for well over a year in a professional show environment. Unfortunately, there’s a persistent issue that still hasn’t been addressed. I rely on text highlights to mark speaker cues, notes, and speaker changes—it’s a key part of my workflow.At some point during every show, after making a few edits and closing the script, the software randomly decides to highlight the entire script in one of the colors I use. It doesn’t happen after every single edit, but it’s consistent enough that it happens multiple times per show. Once it does, I have to manually fix all the highlighting from scratch.It’s frustrating, time-consuming, and not something I can trust in a live production setting anymore. I’ve stuck with it for over a year hoping for a fix, but I’m now actively looking for an alternative—because eventually, this is going to happen during a show when I can’t afford for things to go wrong.
