10/10 planetary hour app and so much more!

Wether you get the free version or invested into the pro version it feels nice to use an app that’s been carefully crafted and nurtured by Muhammad and the Planetaro team I mainly use it for the widgets I get to have on my Home Screen that’s shows the planetary hours and the moons phase percentage but they have evolve into so much more (,: It’s nice how we now have monthly news letters and added podcasts (for free) it’s feels great to be part of this evolving community and a proud first hand witness to say you do get a personalized response from the plantaro team and Muhammad himself when you have a concern (,; it feels nice to be seen and heard even when it’s just concerns about my silly little widgets No ads and doesn’t track your activity across apps (so rare these days) Support an indie developer that cares about his community and download today! :3 <3

Pay for widgets??

I have been using this amazing app for some time now, and with this recent update, I can no longer see the planetary day at the top of my lock screen because you have to pay for it. Just like everything else in this capitalistic world, the simple little things are starting to cost money now. I added this feature to every Lock Screen since I knew I could, because it helps with a quick glance and is also very aesthetic for an astrology girly like myself. I don’t mind paying for it but it's like dang ANOTHER subscription. This app has helped me understand the planetary days/hours so much. I will just keep using it without the pro features because I just can't do another subscription.

Thank you for this kind review, it genuinely made our day, and we are glad Planetaro helped you learn the planetary days and hours. Let us explain what happened, because it is not what it looks like. The lock screen widgets have been part of Planetaro Pro since the day they were introduced, and this update did not move them or anything else behind the paywall. What it fixed is a long-standing bug where an expired subscription or free trial could silently keep Pro features unlocked, so your lock screen widget most likely stayed free all this time because of that bug, probably from a trial started a while ago. We completely understand subscription fatigue, and we love that you are staying anyway, so let us make it right: open Planetaro, go to Settings, tap "Help Us Improve the App" and attach a screenshot of your Apple subscriptions screen showing the expired Planetaro plan, and we will send you a personal offer code for a free year of Planetaro Pro, no strings attached. And either way, the planetary hours, the free home screen widget and moon phases stay free for you forever.

I have no issue paying for this app to use the previously free features, but I shouldn’t be getting ads after I pay. I don’t care about your podcast and the forced banner ad means I will never listen/watch as a matter of principle. Your podcast isn’t the product and I don’t have any desire to see anybody’s face or hear their voice, that will make me abandon this app forever and block those astrologers’ content in general.Edit: Man, this is such a refreshing response! I appreciate your direct reply and updated my review back to the original rating.

Update: version 2026.6 is live, and the option is in it. You can now turn the podcast cards off completely in Settings, and the main screen stays clean. Thank you again for the feedback and for updating your review, this one was a fair point and it made the app better for everyone.Original: You are right, and honestly I had not thought about it this way. The podcast card was meant as a small note for people who asked for the podcast, not as an ad, but I understand that on the main screen of an app you paid for, it can feel exactly like one. Some people simply do not want that on their home screen, and that is a fair expectation. The card can already be dismissed with the X button until a new episode comes out, but that is clearly not enough for how you use the app. In version 2026.6 I will add an option to turn these cards off completely. Thank you for the direct feedback, this is exactly the kind of criticism that makes the app better.

Since the author saying the widgets paywall was some sort of bug and instead of making it up for the customers by anything in change you stayed in the reviews explaining the problem to everybody. I totally understood and said ok fine imma check the plans, and i went to see the subscription prices. 50$ FOR LIFE TIME?? please don't try to convince me 3 dollars a month is a very reasonable price because who's paying monthly for an astrology app with their monthly taxes already reaching the roof. im just suggesting here if you can discount the life time price because it has an insane price i mean i wouldn't even buy a shirt with this price. And this is the least thing you can do since the "bug" misunderstanding you had with your app users. You have a very good app and a very good opportunity to win more users, it's up to you im here just to tell you what i have and good luck.

Thank you for coming back and updating your review, I really appreciate the honest and constructive tone. About the lifetime price: it is set so that a one-time payment can carry its share of servers, app updates, maintenance and customer support for many years ahead, with no ads and no selling of data. Since you were caught in the middle of the widget bug situation, write to me from Settings > "Help Us Improve the App" and mention this review. I would rather sort something out for you personally than argue about prices here. And thank you for the kind words about the app, they mean a lot after these weeks.
