Notes are tied to the reservation, so they follow the guest on a room move and clear once the stay ends. Every note shows who wrote it and when, and only the author can edit or delete it. Available to anyone with access to job details. Breaks on the Timeline — When a team member starts a break, it now appears on their Timeline row and grows until the break ends. Optii 3.29.0 This release brings live job timing to your phone, editable chat messages, and a faster way to create jobs and apply room exceptions on the floor. JOB DURATION - LIVE TIMER - Job Details now shows a live elapsed timer for any job that's in progress, counting up from the moment the job was started. - Paused time is excluded. The timer holds while the job is paused and picks up where it left off when work resumes. - Timing stays accurate if you close and reopen Job Details, refresh, or open the same job on another device. - Completed jobs show a static Start Time, End Time, and total duration instead of a running timer. - Works the same way for Housekeeping and Service jobs. OPTII CHAT - EDIT SENT MESSAGES - Open the three-dot menu on a message you sent and choose Edit to fix a typo or clarify a detail in place. - The message stays in its original position with its original timestamp, and updates for everyone without a refresh. - An Edited indicator appears on the message; tap it to see when it was last changed. - Only the sender can edit or delete their own messages. - Text only. Attachments can still be deleted but not edited. There's no time limit on edits. ADD JOB - REBUILT FOR MOBILE - The form focuses on Action, Item, and Location, showing only the fields that apply to the job you're creating. - The item picker opens on a Frequently Used list of up to 10 items, ranked from your own job history at the property. - Search items and locations in your own language, with no need to know the system name or code. - Location search resolves your building and floor hierarchy for you, so there's no drilling down through levels. IMPROVED JOB ACTIONS - Tapping Actions on a job card opens a drawer from the bottom of the screen with every action available for that job: DND, NSR, No Sleep / No Show, and Tags. - One tap applies the action and closes the drawer, with a confirmation at the top of the screen. - Swipe down or tap outside to dismiss without changing anything. - You'll only see the actions your role permits. Cancelled jobs now appear in a Cancelled group below your active jobs in My Jobs. The group is collapsed by default and shows its own count, so you can see at a glance what left your list — and understand why your job count changed. Your assigned job count and credit total update the moment a job is cancelled, with no need to refresh. Cancelled jobs are not counted toward your totals. Housekeeping List View — Enhancement • Separate ETA & ETD Columns — The combined ETA/ETD column in the Housekeeping List View has been split into two independent columns. ETA and ETD can now be read and sorted separately, making it faster to prioritise rooms based on arrival or departure times. Release Notes 3.27.3 Week of May 28, 2026 Version 3.27.3 delivers another round of targeted fixes across Checklists, Housekeeping List View, OOO/OOS, and Turndown. Checklists • Fixed a persistent issue where checklist items were displaying out of order on existing jobs, even after the template order had been updated. This fully resolves the ordering problem for all jobs going forward. • Resolved a bug where clicking checklist checkboxes was not saving — selections would appear to register but revert immediately. • Fixed checklist templates not saving when assigned to a Repeating Job template — the selection was being lost on save and not carrying through to generated jobs. Housekeeping List View • Fixed the Auto-Assign button not updating when filtering by location or floor — it was incorrectly assigning all jobs rather than only those in the filtered view. • Resolved the Auto-Assign button not activating automatically when a new timeline was created, requiring a manual page refresh to enable it. OOO/OOS • Fixed an issue where rooms configured with a "No Job Needed" early removal rule were still generating a departure or check job when returned from Out of Order ahead of schedule. Turndown • Fixed TD job creation incorrectly cancelling active inspection jobs on the same room when the "Link TD and room status" setting was turned off. Inspections now run uninterrupted alongside TD jobs as intended. Release Notes 3.27.2 Week of May 27, 2026 Version 3.27.2 is a focused hotfix release addressing stability and UI issues introduced in 3.27.0. Breaks • Fixed an issue where Breaks configured in Settings would disappear after use, causing the feature to stop working entirely until reconfigured. • Resolved a bug where Breaks were not functioning on mobile — team members could not initiate a break from the app, and an active break started on web was not reflected on mobile. Housekeeping List View • Fixed the auto-refresh not working, requiring users to manually reload the page to see updated job assignments. • Resolved an issue where filtering by job action was zeroing out the counts on all other job type bubbles. • Fixed long tag names overlapping ETA/ETD and special status fields in the List View. • Resolved jobs from previous days incorrectly appearing in the Assigned tab when no jobs were assigned to the timeline for the current day. Version 3.27.0 delivers powerful new features to keep your teams productive, connected, and in control — even without internet access. Offline Mode Your team can now view jobs, update statuses, complete checklists, and add notes even when offline. All changes sync automatically the moment connectivity is restored — no manual refresh needed. Breaks Team members can now log breaks directly in the app. Managers see live break indicators on the Timeline, including break type and elapsed time. Permanent Location Notes Add a note to any room and it automatically appears on all associated jobs — past and future. Location notes stay with the room, not the reservation. Service Jobs in My Jobs A new Service tab in My Jobs gives team members one place to see all their assigned work — both housekeeping and service jobs — without navigating to the job board. Housekeeping List Enhancements • Smart Auto-Assign now responds to your active selection and filters • Live job count badges on Unassigned and Assigned tabs • Bulk action bar is now draggable on smaller screens OOO/OOS Job Scheduling Full control over how jobs are created, cancelled, or triggered when rooms go Out of Order or Out of Service — configurable globally or per room code. Turndown Improvements TD jobs now create reactively for late arrivals, are protected from incorrect cancellation, and have a new configurable room status impact setting. Checklist Scoring Inspections now use a standardised Pass/Fail/N/A scoring model across all properties: • Each task is scored as Pass, Fail, or N/A — N/A tasks are excluded from the total score • A task fails when the opposite of the configured default is selected (e.g., default Pass → selecting Fail triggers failure) • Scores update in real time as each task is answered, showing earned points, total possible points, and completion percentage • Unanswered tasks default to Pass • A task-level Fail does not automatically force a failed inspection — the inspector retains control over the final outcome • Correction tasks carry forward the original score and a list of failed tasks so room attendants have full context Bug Fixes • Fixed an iOS navigation bug where tapping a room or location inside a job detail was returning users to the job list instead of back to the open job. • Resolved an issue where arrival icons persisted in Supervisor View after a no-show followed by a reservation extension. • Fixed job duration displaying as 0h 00m 00s despite having non-zero response and wait times. • Resolved stayover extension logic to prevent duplicate stayover jobs from being created when a reservation is extended and the room has already been cleaned. • Fixed the Project Edit button not responding on the first tap when navigating into Projects from another module. • Resolved an issue where "Take and Start" was failing silently for certain team members due to a missing employee record. • Fixed the Discrepancies Dashboard not reflecting real-time PMS room status updates.
