SalivaCODE™ App is used to interactively prepare and guide the layman to collect saliva in an optimal and standardized way. High-quality specimen for detection of microbes is best achieved without mucous lumps of saliva, through non-exaggerated saliva production over time.
The app enables a fast and secure registration of the sample directly in the app.
Using SalivaPOD™ allows for thin, mucous saliva to collect gradually in the fluid chamber until reaching the line above the three arrows, producing approximately 1ml fluid saliva when transferred by a healthcare professional into a vial for further laboratory processing and analysis.
SalivaCODE™ has 15 written languages, whereof 12 languages are available as optional voice-over in the App.
