I just bought the Haylou Solar Pro. Smartwatch based on a 48 hrs. Testing Time given to me by the Seller…While Testing I was compelled to write this review: 1) When making a custom dial one can not adjust the size, type and direction of the clock font2) The color schemes of the dialog boxes including some of the watch-faces are non-natural3)The Sound Volume on the Smartwatch is almost inaudible 4) Otherwise the display and some of the color schemes are perfectly aligned

I’ve had a Haylou Solar for a long time, and it still works perfectly fine. Recently, I bought a new Haylou S6 watch and tried to add it to the Haylou Fun app.That’s when I discovered something ridiculous: the app apparently allows only one watch to be connected at a time.I was genuinely disappointed. Then I thought, okay, I’ll just use my secondary phone. I downloaded Haylou Fun, logged into my account, and added the new watch there. Everything seemed fine.But when I came back to my primary phone, I found that I had been automatically signed out.So my question to Haylou is:Do you not want your users to own and use multiple Haylou devices?Are you saying I’m somehow wrong for buying more than one of your products? You don’t want your customers to use multiple devices in parallel? Do I need to choose which Haylou product I’m “allowed” to use?Or is the message simply: “Congratulations on buying multiple Haylou products. Now you can only use one of them at a time.”What kind of product ecosystem is this?I genuinely don’t understand the logic behind this limitation. I already own your products, I like your products, and I chose to buy another one. Why make the experience worse for customers who actually buy more of your devices?Haylou, please fix this. Your customers should not have to fight your app just to use the products they paid for.

I am a Haylou Solar Neo 2 user and would like to request some improvements to the Always-On Display (AOD) experience in a future software/firmware update.I really like the Neo 2, especially its AMOLED display and overall design. However, I believe there are two important AOD limitations that could be improved through software updates:1. Very limited AOD customizationCurrently, the watch provides only one AOD design. Since the Neo 2 has a beautiful round AMOLED display and supports many regular watch faces, having only one AOD option feels quite restrictive.Suggested solution:* Add at least 2–3 AOD styles.* Include a simple analogue AOD, which would suit the round watch design very well.* Ideally, allow users to choose an AOD style independently from their main watch face.* A minimal AOD showing only the time, date, or battery level could also be useful.Even just adding one analogue + one digital + one minimal AOD would make a significant difference.2. No smart control or scheduling for AODCurrently, there doesn’t appear to be an option to automatically control AOD based on time or whether the watch is being worn. This can cause unnecessary battery consumption, especially during sleep.Suggested solution:* Add an AOD schedule, for example: AOD ON from 7:00 AM–11:00 PM and OFF during sleeping hours.* Add a Smart AOD mode that automatically disables AOD when the watch is removed from the wrist.* Integrate AOD with Sleep Mode, so AOD automatically turns OFF during sleep and resumes afterward.* Allow AOD to remain disabled when the watch is not being worn, helping improve battery efficiency.I understand that the Haylou Solar Neo 2 is an affordable smartwatch, but these improvements are primarily software/firmware features and could significantly enhance the user experience without requiring new hardware.These are relatively small additions, but they would make the Neo 2 feel much more complete and competitive with other AMOLED smartwatches.I sincerely request the Haylou product and firmware team to consider these improvements in a future update.
