It is a home for the urban yogi who craves a strong physical and spiritual practice, among friends, in a beautiful, warm space. Classes feature just enough heat to create a detoxifying sweat, curated playlists and chanting to support an uplifting flow, and strategic sequencing designed to increase strength and flexibility while releasing stress and fatigue.
I’ve been to dozens of yoga studios across various continents and Love Story Yoga is by far the best one yet. All of the teachers are highly skilled and committed to their own practices which makes the class experience unlike any other. The app experience is intuitive, easy to use, and offers a wide selection of classes with a diverse array of teachers. I highly recommend trying out a few different classes at Love Story to get a feel for their love stream experience. Chances are you’ll be surprised at how connected you feel to the community even from the comfort of your own home.
