New Features: - Share with Health Service – connected patients can now share health documents/images/medications/allergies with their Health Service, which then allows the content to be placed into the hospital’s records. This is an additional option to the current “Share with Clinician” feature. It has to be enabled by the connected Health Service. - Asthma Care Plan module – the Health Service can now activate an asthma care plan which with allow the patient to monitor and maintain their own asthma plan and share it with GPs or other health providers.
