Can’t customize an order
They need an area where you can give additional instructions, like you would ordering at the restaurant. I wanted to add bacon to my burger, I do it all the time at the restaurant, but for the particular burger I was ordering, that was not an option. Or add additional tabs to all for all available items. Otherwise, it’s simple and straight forward.
