LALUX easyAPP - Release Notes (Version 1.3.0)
The latest update of LALUX easyAPP brings several enhancements, bug fixes, and improved user experience to make managing your damage, insurances even easier.
What's new in this version:
1. Enhanced user interface and user experience:
- Streamlined navigation and improved accessibility ensure a smoother and more efficient user journey throughout the app.
2. Secure authentication and improved account administration features:
- Enhanced user authentication: in case a user does not receive his/her OTP code, an alternative channel (email, SMS) to receive the code can be chosen.
- Change your login details when needed (phone number, email, password).
- Biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint, face recognition) is still available for added convenience and security.
3. Faster performance and improved error assessment:
- Optimized app performance, resulting in faster loading times and improved overall responsiveness.
- More specific error messages help to accelerate trouble shooting.
4. New features:
- The new dashboard allows you to view the information that matters most to you
- Follow up and payment of your insurance premiums
- Order personalized accident reports with one click
- Add documents (quotation, photos, certificates) to an already reported home or car insurance claim
- Add guarantees to your existing insurance policies
- Scan improvements: thanks to the newly integrated scan optimization feature, drastically improve your documents and benefit from shorter processing times
- Take out a travel insurance
