Update!!!!I am amending buy previous review as I read all of the reviews and got scared of this app. I immediately contacted customer service via email and within a few hours they sent an email stating that they had canceled the automatic renewal and they were very apologetic for any problems and inconvenience that I may have experienced with there app. Customer service is on point and I’m happy that they left me with a positive outlook of their company.There was a special for 3 months for $7.80 and I thought wow, what a great idea but upon downloading it I change my mind and wanted to cancel it after reading the view but it was too late I had already paid the initial $8. There isn’t a way to cancel it in the App Store as it says to do in the instructions . It doesn’t appear in the subscriptions only in purchased. So you cannot cancel this subscription as it states. So I open the app and answer the questions then it ask for even more money which I refuse to pay. I just want to cancel this subscription and the app. Without anyway to do so. Now I am going to have to call apple or and card company to report this as a scam! Beware all!

UPDATE: I received an email this morning saying they had cancelled my subscription and I wasn't to worry about any more funds leaving my bank account. As I paid through PayPal I went on their site and emailed Organic Dance from there. PayPal like that as it gives them a paper trail. So I sent a similar email from there. Organic Dance said they'd noticed I hadn't even opened the app. Go figure. I couldn't!!! Told me to try again, which I haven't. I'm just glad I only lost $4.99!! So if you paid through PayPal, go there, find the payment and click on it, it gives you the option to email Organic Dance through them. Do it. My regular email to them worked as well.I joined the program with the 1 month option, only them ofcourse do you get to download the app!!! Shocker, you can't cancel. Anywhere! Definitely not in the app like it says. It was only when I read all the reviews I decided to cancel IMMEDIATELY. Not even 30 minutes later! I followed the instructions to get on the app and it just kept going in circles with no option to get to the next step to unsubscribe!! Nope, it just kept asking me what my goals are, and those is fine prior anyway. Email sent off, we'll see what the reply is. If they take MORE THAN ONE MONTH, that is THEFT and I WILL take legal action. These companies need to knock this off, they'd get way more custom if they were honest!! Looking forward to my email reply that's for sure!!

Talk about feeling defeated on day 1! Everything moved fast, hard to see on a small screen (I’ll try casting tomorrow), and the moves were things I’m not familiar, or at least not a pro at because I haven’t been out dancing or to a club in a couple of decades, so it feels like I’m lumbering along looking and feeling stupid. Maybe have tutorials (or if there are some (??) make them obvious to find, offer them as days 1-7 or something)? Maybe on the first several days slow the steps down so we get an idea of what we are supposed to do when the faster music and moves part actually happen. Otherwise I felt like I was just a big oaf with my legs and arms not in sync with the beautiful and talented and professional girl on my screen. Very defeating. I’m paying for now so I’m going to keep looking stupid in my house because nobody is here, but I’m near tears after a short 8 minutes

Everything moved fast, hard to see on a small screen (I’ll try casting tomorrow), and the moves were things I’m not familiar, or at least not a pro at because I haven’t been out dancing or to a club in a couple of decades, so it feels like I’m lumbering along looking and feeling stupid. Maybe have tutorials (or if there are some (??) make them obvious to find, offer them as days 1-7 or something)? They hide your subscription in your PayPal subscriptions (which I didn’t even know existed) and so despite it showing I had no active subscription under my apple and Google subscriptions they continued to renew even though I cancelled and deleted this app almost immediately after purchase when I realized how lame they are. You will NOT get a workout on here unless you’re 500 lbs and can hardly get off your couch. I asked for a refund when their scammy auto drafts overdrafted my PayPal account. I only keep the exact amount in there that is budgeted. They refuse to offer a refund for something I used once. Totally awful customer service.Update: they still refuse to give me any refund despite me canceling my subscription via the App Store initially shortly after downloading. And it clearly stated on this page that I could cancel via the App Store and I have screenshots. I’ve never been to their website so they’re lying about that. I have screenshots proving I could cancel via the App Store which I did nearly a year ago and was still charged. They have been reported to Apple for shady business practices. Do not recommend at all.
