Unlawful charge and no access to app

In June my 11 year old used my phone to purchase a game and somehow you can video charge me for a year subscription. It was not authorized. I cannot get a hold of anybody to refund it so I decided to download the app and use the premium CERT that I pay for that do not expire until June 20 25 but every time I attempt to get into my account you guys say no account ID subscription it and I have access to the premium services until June 2025 but I’ve not been able to access this so I’m not paying for a subscription of an app I can use. I never even signed up for I need somebody to get back to me, ridiculous

I already have youcam app, so I really only got this one for the AI video effects since I can do pretty much the same stuff in video mode on the regular youcam app, and I also already had the makeup app. Unfortunately, I paid the gull price for this app only to discover ALL the AI effects make the video lag so far behind the sound that they are unusable since they areobbiously not sync'd correctly- they really need to work on those! The regular effects all work fine without screwing up the sync between audio/video, however the effects will go across the entire screen and I personally don't have a lot of use for that since they go over the subject's face and obscure them to the point of distraction- the AI ones won't do that but again, unusable due to sync issues. As far as the makeup, I personally find you are just better off making sure you do your makeup well before a video- it will obvious when you have 4 sets of lashes when you blink, for example, that there is some "creative editing" going on here. I think this is more suitable for subtle adjustments, but then I can also adjust subtle things like color saturation, contrast, etc without this app. There really is no "fix" for making sure you look your best before a video- careful planning and execution is key.

I already have you cam video and find it a nice way to enhance photos. Five stars. I saw this as a feature so I thought I’d check it. You get 40 credits which allow you to create ONE photo to video which I did. I did a duo, an old photo of two of my friends. However it left one of them standing next to a wall and brought in a THIRD person from out of range who of course was no one I knew. Why? That’s not what I asked for. It will also not create your photos if it doesn’t like the photo you submitted. So you don’t have free choice of any photo you wish. It’s not like I will get to use this for free, don’t tell me what I can’t use. I have ten credits left which won’t allow me to do squat. So. I’m supposed to pay you a lot of money for me to create a photo to video with a limit of two people, with restrictions on what I can use, and adding a third unknown person when I have provided two people of my choice? I think not. So I’m deleting this expensive resorting app and look for a better way to do photos to video.

Then I try the sunglass removal and it's just a headshot and when I try to see the result, it comes back and tells me inappropriate content. It's just my head then I tried again thinking it was a mistake and it does it again so then I go to a much better free photo editor and I tried to edit so it looks like there's a string from a bathing suit going around my neck because that's all you see and then it tells me inappropriate. And top it off and then tells me I can't do it anymore because I've used all my previews which I never got one result or preview because he assumed it was inappropriate content for whatever reason I don't know, it was a headshot. so I'm done with this sloppy editor. To everybody else do your homework much better free apps out there to deal with false advertisement.
