Between stubby fingers, small buttons and the sheer volume of numbers that you have to enter, there is a higher than 80% chance that you will make a mistake and have to start all over again, but not any longer.

It has been a minute since our last release and there is a bunch happening, so we decided to take a minute to hand out some AWARDS!
AWARD FOR GOOD EFFORT BUT WEAK PERFORMANCE: Find Best button on the home screen. You weren't with us long, but you attracted a bunch of people who just wanted to start a session, so you are being chucked into the junk pile... see you later Find Best and say HELLO to Plan Trip. We also took the magnifying glass and smashed it so it will no longer be there as a tempting subliminal message attracting your thumb to press the button you find familiar instead of the one you really need.
AWARD FOR BIGGEST BREAKUP: Wallet & Menu button. Wallet is definitely the one who is pulling the chute in this relationship as he has some fancy new pass cards coming so he needed some more space. Menu is now the boring ex-girlfriend as Wallet goes solo.
AWARD FOR NEW HOTNESS: Parking Pass Cards. It didn't take long after Wallet saw the new Parking Pass Cards to realize that he wanted in on the action and the Parking Pass Cards are definitely the new hotness. Their detailed graphics and plastic card-like proportions make them both familiar and oh-so sexy! And wait until you see how fast they are at getting you going...with a session. Definitely worthy of this award.
AWARD FOR OLD AND BROKEN: Wheel. Our beloved Wheel has been spun so many times since first appearing in the app that it needed some repairs. Not sure if you saw its embarrassing glitchiness, but if you did it was terrifying and most users had to look away as it struggled. It was so bad that we took it out of the last version (first time without a wheel spin) but it is all straightened, oiled and ready for action. As a punishment for its recent shortcomings, we are relegating the wheel to after the session start, so there is no more spin standing in between you and your started session. Session first, option to spin second.
AWARD FOR NOTHING: Gated web portal. If you don't have the app...then you probably won't be reading this, so this doesn't mean anything to you as you can just open gates with the app. This speedy new way to get new users into gated facilities will hopefully spare them from being honked at, but until you prove yourself, no award for you Gated web portal.
AWARD FOR LONG OVERDUE: Remember to end Session Warning. We have been showing you how sessions work with the timer running and cost starting at zero. We have been sending you text messages if your session runs long and we have even been putting AutoStop notifications in your face, but we are finally adding a warning for users without AutoStop to let them know that they have to remember to end their session. Why the heck we didn't do this before, I can't tell you and this why it receives the long-overdue award. We hope this makes it more clear and we hope that if you don't have AutoStop yet, that you wake up and get it. It is the best feature in a parking app EVER and is the closest thing I will ever deliver to a magic trick (no sword swallowing here).
Those are all the awards we have to hand out, but the real prize goes to everyone who gets version 2.5 and all the slick new features we have been working on for YOU.

Our partners (ex. restaurants, cafes, events, etc) are really keen to communicate with you, but because your privacy is VERY IMPORTANT, this release gives you the option to share your email or not before accepting a validation.
