Small UI improvements.

New: - The electricity prices for the next 24 hours can now be conveniently viewed on the home screen using the new widget. Info: After installing this update, open the app at least once to add the widget.

Bug fix: - VAT isn't added to negative prices anymore.

You can now specify your base fee in the AWattPrice settings. The base fee is added to each electricity price within the entire app.

AWattPrice can now show you the prices for Austria with tax included. Go to the settings in AWattPrice to enable.

Fixed CET/CEST timezone conversion issue.
