The "InputMulakat App", specially designed for the use of candidates, is developed by human resources professionals and expert software team members. Candidates see the interview questions directed to them by the companies in the form of video or text questions; in addition to this, they answer each question type only via video. Thanks to this method, candidates can respond to interview invitations by their smartphones regardless of time and space. "InputMulakat App" keeps the video and audio recording on high security servers, and transmits it to the relevant company, depending on the permission of the candidate. Candidates should pay attention to the active and fast internet service provided over mobile or wi-fi so that they avoid any problems while using the "InputMulakat App" application.
