This app shows all available HomeKit devices. If a device can be reached via HTTP, it is displayed as "online" in the list and you can access the device's website directly by tapping on it. A long press opens the Webpage in Safari

Maybe you need to delete the App and reinstall it to have working Import.
You can Export your Database before you delete the App, but don't forget to move the Database Backup to a different Folder in your iOS Device, because Folder is deleted with the App!
