WatcheePro is a comprehensive app for watch collectors and enthusiasts that tracks watch collection information.
STORE WATCH DETAILS
Set watch details including category, origin (country flags), status, dimensions, serial and reference numbers, materials, movement, complications (up to six), pricing, and much more.
CUSTOMIZABLE WATCH PLATES
Change colors of plate, crown, info frame, and font independently to match watch design characteristics. Animated crown, pusher, and gears show watch info.
TRACK WATCH STATISTICS
Track watch collection statistics such as wear rates, accuracy measurements, service history, and compare individual watch specs to your watch collection averages. View a summary of your entire collection.
WEAR HISTORY
Wear history can be examined per watch or for the whole collection. You can filter the wears by day of the week to easily check which watches you tend to wear on sundays as an example.
ACCURACY MEASUREMENT
Store multiple accuracy measurements for each watch. Check interim result for a measurement while test is active.
Storing the results of each test allows you to compare whether a watch is more accurate on your wrist than in a box or on a winder, for example. If you enable the "Highlight special watches" flip in the settings, then the top-3 most accurate watches will automatically get a special plate design to highlight it. It can be quite fun to see which watches make it to the top-3 and when a watch gets removed from it.
TIMEGRAPHER ACCURACY MEASUREMENTS
Store results of timegrapher measurements including rate, beat error and amplitude in six positions. WatcheePro automatically calculates averages and deltas based on rate, beat error, and amplitude. Fully-wound and 24-hours running can be compared.
WEAR RATES
Track which watches you wear most often, how many days since last wear, and cost per wear. Watch statistics are just a tap away.
Wear rates can be examined for the whole watch collection and we've also added the per watch effective wear rate, which automatically calculates a percentage for each watch regarding how many times it has been worn compared to the days it has been owned. Wear rates are also available for brands and manufacturing countries, so you can find out how much you wear your watches belonging to a certain brand or watches made in a certain country vs. all other watches. If you enable the "Highlight special watches" flip in the settings, then the most/least worn watches will automatically get a special plate design to highlight it.
USEFUL AND ENTERTAINING
Export your collection to a spreadsheet. Create PDFs of your watches for insurance or selling purposes. Earn badges for entering watch info and for wear counts. Can't decide what to wear, let WatcheePro pick!
HISTORY LOG
If enabled in the settings, log actions regarding watches such as when a watch is added to the collection or sold.
KEEPER RATE AND SELLER RATE
WatcheePro tracks Keeper & Seller rates for your watches by comparing a specific watch against the other watches in your collection. WatcheePro compares the characteristics of your watch against the averages across your collection.
WATCH COLLECTION SUMMARY DETAILS
Number of watches in collection, number of sold watches, total cost of watches in collection, total retail cost of watches in collection, total cost of sold watches, profit from sold watches, results of watch deals, average diameter, average thickness, average lug-to-lug, and total weight.
APP DEVELOPMENT
WatcheePro stores all data on your device and does not need an internet connection. The app is developed by two watch enthusiasts and programmers. WatcheePro is regularly updated with new features and we welcome feedback.

WatcheePro is developed by Anssi Hakkarainen and Brian Hall. Anssi is a database developer, lifetime programmer, and watch enthusiast. Brian is a computer science professor, engineer, and watchmaker.
Great app with excellent features for collectors to keep track of many details of their collection. It does require the user to input nearly all details of the individual watches in their collection. That’s fine, since there really is no practical way for the app developer to have all details for every watch that ever existed to be “preloaded into the app” already .For me, regardless of the tedious nature of having to manually input watch specs that I also had to spend the time to look up in manuals, websites, and brochures (and this did take a lot of time), I found the process strangely therapeutic and enjoyable. Basically, I turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one.. It was like getting to know your watches all over again! The app is truly worth the few dollars that it sells for! Enjoy!!!

Having said this, great care has been taken to make the process easier for various fields with many predefined values to choose from. WatcheePro is often updated, many times based on ideas from the app users. Also the app developers are watch enthusiasts themselves. We hope you will like the future updates as well.
Great App, Easily the best of the bunch

I’ve been using this app for several years now & I love the fact that the developers are actively working on it and send out regular updates. There are 4 things that I would LOVE to see added to this app.One would be a simple 3 hand full screen watch face with day & date that syncs with the atomic clock to be used for setting your watch. I currently have to use another app for this.Two would be the addition of a simple notes section on each watches page. Where you could jot down quick notes about a watch such as “the jubilee bracelet has loose end links, best on the oyster” or, dial is green but looks black when indoors”. Three would be online sync for all data & images between iOS devices and the Mac OS version (I know the Mac OS versions doesn’t exist, but hopefully it will one day). I know you can sync with iCloud for most of the text data but I had to switch phones a while back and it took months for me to fully restore all of the photos & full functionality of the app. Also, it would be great to have a synced version on my iPad too. I know that data/cloud storage space may be a concern, but my collection of 66 watches with all photo slots full is occupying about 440mb, seems doable. The fourth would be long-term time tracking. It would be great to be able to run a long term timing run for a week or a month with the ability to add data points on demand. Im currently using a 3rd app to do this. It allows me to wear a watch for a week and add data points multiple times a day. It then allows me to see this data on a graph with several ways to display the data collected. It’s very interesting to see what a movement does during different activities, wake sleep cycles, night time resting positions, etc. over longer periods of time. All in all this a great app. I’ve tried most all of them and this one still comes out on top. Keep up the good work folks!

As for the notes section, there is one :) Just tap on a watch to go into the details and scroll to the bottom and you’ll see it. To add notes, tap edit, and scroll to the bottom for the entry area.Addition 10th Jan 2024. We have just released the "WatcheePro for iPad" version of the app that is a fully independent version of the app especially tailored for iPad users to better utilize the bigger screens and capabilities of iPad. Also the iPad version will have more features since the iPad devices enable more things to be shown on the screen etc. If you have an iPad, perhaps consider checking it out.Cheers,Anssi

After using the Watchee app for a few years but getting more and more frustrated with its instability (it crashes ALL the time) I switched to the Pro version. So far, so good. No instability issues and really enjoy the additional features, especially the ability to store more images. One question for the developer…I add the category of the watch and the country of origin of the watch/mechanism but it doesn’t save. If I reopen the watch page of that particular watch the information is gone (it goes back to question marks). What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for choosing WatcheePro.Regarding Watchee instability it might happen with larger collection of over 100 watches where one is storing photos for all the watches. It usually helps activating image compression on Watchee settings tab, it will then compress all the watch images and the performance of the app increases considerably. WatcheePro category is saved when one taps the "Choose country of origin" above the field. We are making it easier with v1.3.4 where it wil "auto-save" when just selecting the different values. Great but not great enough for the price

This app has the basics of what you want for tracking your collection. Its got accuracy measurements, collection info, and wear rates. However, for $10 I'm a bit disappointed. The home screen is a mess: my customization for the watch plates don't show unless in the watch info screen, I can't customize what info is on the home screen and instead I have to cycle through most of the stats I don't want to see, there's no monthly calendar view of what I wore (although there is a weekly view). As great as this app is, there's just not enough beyond the basics of what it should do to justify the cost. I hope the developer has plans to do a bit more polishing in the coming updates
