I did not realize that this app was going to charge me a monthly fee. I decided I cannot afford this, as I already have enough monthly bills & financial priorities. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a week now. Each time I click to cancel my subscription, I get taken to a page that says “We’ve run into a problem, please try again later.” I’ve tried again later so many times, I can’t even tell you! This is absolutely ridiculous & unfortunately, I am working on this matter with my bank now.

No way-$90 a year?
Colmac87
$90 a year for a prayer app? Alarms on smartphones are free, as are calendar reminders, and youversion Bible app, logos free, accordance base, and blue letter Bible are all free….so, why would anyone want to pay that much for that? Bible project also has a great free app. Try to really offer something unique to your strengths, and also, still don’t charge…. It’s silly.

You can use our app completely free, just click -> "choose different amount", and then select: "It's Tough" option. We know that option was expensive, but keep in mind, we use this money only to develop new features and makes user experience greater and greater. Beside that your financial support is completely optional and voluntary. :)God bless you!
Not free

I have followed the settings suggestion from Brittany’s review a few years ago and I do not see the Christian pray everyday option for a free subscription
Developer Response
We're sorry for the confusion. That advice was about an old version of the app, and the option it mentions no longer exists. Since version 1.6.0 you can use the app for free without any subscription: the verse of the day (read aloud), every verse to read, a selection of Bible stories and the Church year are always free, with no ads. Premium is optional, so you can simply close the plans page. If you ever subscribed and want to cancel, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. God bless you!

Developer Response
Thank you for telling us, and we're sorry the verses felt cut off. In version 1.6.0 we rebuilt the whole app: every verse now opens on its own page, set in full like a page of a book, and every verse is free to read. Please update and give it another try. If a verse still doesn't show completely, write to us at support@chili-logic.com (Settings › Contact us in the app) and we'll fix it. God bless you!
