Someone says the app is junk. I couldn’t open it at all. So it’s still a piece of junk! Hmmm, time to move to other insurers since FWD takes its customers for granted.
Crashes every time upon claim submission

What a piece of junk. While the policies are decent the app is horrible. Auto entry of otp doesn’t work correctly, and every time I had to submit any claim the app crashes after you typed in and uploaded everything and click on submit. Every single time. Looks like they really don’t want you submitting claims.

We’re phasing out cheque payments in line with Singapore government guidelines. Claims payouts are now faster and more convenient via Direct Credit and PayNow.
