After weeks that I had to update my data almost every time I used it, today it is completely out. It lets you play with many useless things but it does not let you display your Green card! I am/was using it on an iphone.Now a long time later 2 stars is still too much!

I don’t know what sort of issues they had when this app first launched, but they seem to have worked them out. Took me only a few minutes to set up and add my info. Also, happy to note they have English, Russian, and Arabic, in addition to Hebrew, since my Hebrew is still a work in progress ;)

When I first downloaded this app 10 days after my 2nd vaccine, it worked fine. One week later and ever since it has given me an error message every single time I try to see the Tav Yarok. I have tried installing and uninstalling the app several times. It’s infuriating.

The app keep saying that the entered information is incorrect and asks me to contact the kupat holim. The kupat holim asks me to contact ministry of health. Now I am stuck in an endless loop. App also doesn’t allow getting a green passport with a negative covid test despite the terms of use states that clearly
