I had a perfectly working mg20 headset, I decided to download this app to see if there was an update. I connected the app to my headset and clicked on update…. The app said the update would take up to 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I was concerned because my headset power button was just blinking on and off and nothing worked after the update. I contacted support and was told they could not do anything because I purchased the headset used. I paid 350 dollars and the headset worked perfectly for almost a year until I connected to the app…don’t trust the master and dynamic app they don’t back it up.

The app recognized my new MW08 but won’t connect “connection timeout.” I did everything support asked and nothing. I replaced them for a new pair and same issue. New iPhone with latest firmware and iOS. Really frustrating for earbuds over $300. I’m also experiencing weird batter issues where it shows yellow without hardly any use and red after just medium use (far less than red is meant to indicate). I haven’t had either pair long enough to know how much actual charge they’re giving but the indicator suggest I always need to charge them which is annoying.

I have installed and reinstalled and still while my MW07 plus is paired via Bluetooth when I open the app it will just say device not found I go back to settings and pair again go back to the app and same message your web page support offers no help Gor this problem also when the app won’t pair and I select need help in the it only offers to look for MW08 need to use app to select a better sound value as out of the box sound pitch is too high without the app these are no good and I will return them

The MW08 earbuds lasted all of a year before the ANC just started loudly hissing. The wireless charger stopped wireless charging after only a few months so this company is getting better at making garbage.The app is basically a useless landing page that tells you it’s connected and allows you to change from ANC off to ear shattering hiss, their version of ANC. For the several months it worked correctly the sound was great but not significantly better than a Sony or Bose. If you want a nice looking product that doesn’t work by all means spend the $400.
