Users will be able to receive real-time notifications, book facilities and learn about the building. Residents can connect with facility management and owners corporation in a single platform. View facilities, availability and book it online. Facilities can be automatically approved or sent for approval. No more double bookings as the platform manages available dates and times. Facility management can alert residents of any issues, advise of scheduled works or inform of notices. All this can be done in real time, allowing notices to be relevant and effective. Building information is readily accessible and available. Residents can read what to do when there's an evacuation; facility locations, rules and opening hours; who to contact if there's suspicious behaviour. NEX2US is the digital platform which brings your building and community together.
