This is a gross violation of privacy, and gives everyone worldwide the tools to access information of foreign residents in Japan despite Immigration officials and police being the ones who are the only group legally allowed to collect this information. Delete this immediately.

It is illegal under Japanese law to ask for a residency card unless you are an official in the performance of duties (say city office clerks) or a BADGED police officer. There is absolutely no good reason this should be publicly available.
