Having theSmartSchoolPro app, parents always stay up to date with all the important news about their child and receive single- window targeted information. Teachers have all the relevant information about a child and family. It is not only convenient, but also increases the level of confidence between the family and the school.
Depending on the type of user, the application provides different possibilities.
If you are a parent of a child, you can have access to the following sections:
- child’s personal data, including dietary habits, exercise tolerance, health group, etc. You can be sure that the staff members observe similar data;
- a child's schedule allows seeing any day of the calendar. The schedule contains all child’s activities, daily routine, holidays, events, etc.;
- targeted communication, represented by messages, announcements and mails. There are no common chats that take time;
- menu for all days of the current week and archive;
- daily brief report about the child’s condition and behavior (sleep, food, bowel habits, mood, etc.);
- a schedule of additional classes that the child attends. All the afterschool clubs’ details;
- a list of school staff members providing the possibility to send a message or call by pressing just one button of the smartphone. For the monitoring, the CEO could review the correspondence;
- a list of child’s authorised persons allowing to verify the identity of each person; you can indicate persons who are allowed to pick up your child from school, as well as change the list;
- your child's development testing history;
- history of all assessments of your child;
- details of all agreements concluded between you and a school, both valid and archived.
If several children of your family attend the same school, you can switch from one child's profile to another by pressing one button.
