This company has provided me with exceptional customer care. They have gone above and beyond in two different instances to make my shopping experience the best it could possibly be. I now go to their website first before any other in search of my product. Five star service without question.

I made a purchase of an office chair. The chair was absolute garbage and I left a negative review on their website about the chair itself. I rated Aosom high but the product itself was rated at 1 star. Their customer service reached out and offered a refund which I accepted. That’s the right thing to do and I appreciated it.They asked me to complete a survey and when I went to do that, the shady things started. The first option on the survey form is “I am satisfied with the result, so I agree to hide the review.”Trying to bribe me to hide the review because they did the right thing and gave a refund that they initially offered. The second option is “I am satisfied with the result, so I prefer to change my ratings and comment.”That option gives you the option for a new star rating, title, and comments. Great, right? Except you can’t rate it less than 4 stars. The final option is “I’m not satisfied.”I was, however I wasn’t going to change my rating on a garbage product so I chose to do nothing. Today I got an email reminder about the survey which reminded me how shady they were and prompted this review. They should be ashamed of themselves. If they’re shady with reviews, what else are they doing that is shady?

The item prices are really competitive and offer free quick shipping via FedEx. Everything is wonderful, easy, sunshine and roses if you never ever return an item or ask to cancel an order - even 5 minutes after making that order....There is miscommunication between the "Get Help" online form and Customer Service (CS) and the record is not sent or saved. CS will tell you they have no record of your contact. I used the online "Get Help" form and selected "Request Cancellation" from the drop-down menu; sent this request four times. The policy states that requests made same business day as order can be cancelled. 100% NOT TRUE. Customer Service (CS) claimed they never got any of my online message requests and did I screenshot them?! CS ignored my pre-shipment requests, then said cancellation past shipping is not possible and that it is "not possible" to contact FedEx to Return to Sender (RTS). (Their app policy states they can RTS!) Two CS agents told me to contact FedEx or decline delivery when it comes. So I called FedEx and was told only the shipper can RTS the package. FedEx told me to contact Aosom to have the company RTS.. Which Aosom CS claims they "cannot do."Aosom considers non-defective returns to be "customer remorse" and will require customer to pay their own return shipping. You have to contact the CS phone number and receive an RMA and then pay for your own return shipping. No CS evenings or Sat - Sun/ no hassle free returns/ no free shipping return on non-defective item. If you are good with that then prices are good and lots of discounts. The Bidenflation and depression-era economy means a trade off between either good CS or low cost - you have to pick one; can't have both. Soon it will be can't have any!

Ordered week before Christmas and got it in two days free shipping. It costs less than retailers and much less than less adequate karts. This baby has all bells and whistles with a 2 hour battery life. My son is 7 and he can use for years since it is adjustable. Easy to order with great service and shipping.
