Endlessly frustrating experience

I have been using MxLocker since 2023. Both as a buyer and seller. I looked at my history and I’ve paid roughly $600 in seller/processing fees in that amount of time. The experience leaves much to be desired. The app has been consistently buggy. It seems there are constantly situations that pop up that MxLocker isn’t prepared for in terms of having policies/procedures for and it’s EXTREMELY frustrating. It feels as though it’s being run by teenagers with no business/professional experience. Their fees are even higher than EBAY so it’s among the highest on the planet in terms of its genre and service. I am paying a premium for your listing/selling/buying service. Yet the experience is as if I’m dealing with a bunch of 6th graders on amateur hour. The app has had issues, the process has had issues. And I’ve pleaded and begged with your CS reps for help for years and they’re not very understanding or even very helpful. It’s usually a matter of me having to explain to them 3-4 different ways the same issue and insist insist and insist on there legitimately being an issue before they acknowledge. And yet the issues are not often fixed. Still having notification issues leading me to look like a jack@&$ to my buyers and not get things shipped on time. Along with a very VERY unideal interface on the website. I don’t know how many times I’ve spent 10-15 minutes writing up an ad and try to go live with it and the app freezes and I lose the whole draft. And the way in which you select the bike fitment when selling a part is atrocious and overly time consuming and, quite frankly, ineffective. I wish you would listen to the customers who are USING the app and putting money in your pocket expressing these frustrations. After this many years, I expect more. I’m tired of paying you to be your BETA tester and pointing out your issues to you only for you not to listen.

We hear your frustration, and given how long you’ve been using MX Locker, it’s fair.There’s no excuse for the experience you described — especially around bugs, drafts not saving, notifications, and the level of support you’ve received. That’s on us.The good news is we’ve been heads down addressing exactly these issues and have just released a completely rebuilt version of the app. It’s significantly faster, more stable, and much more seamless — especially around listing flow, photo uploads, and overall performance.

Seller fees are too expensive. Needs more users, I think with less expensive fees it could grow. With more users things would sell higher and quicker. I sold a couple sets of gear but it took months and having to lower my price multiple times. With what I ended up with it really wasn’t worth my time. I pulled the 3rd set I had listed and just gave them away to a kid at the local track. The most frustrating thing is I can’t use my balance from selling those items to purchase anything else on the site. I can pay more fees to have my own money transferred to me (which already has seller fees removed) or I can add my bank account info and get it in a few days. I don’t like using my bank info online, I only use credit cards. If bank info leaks you’re broke, if CC info leaks, you just dispute the bill. Anyway unless they change their policy or I change mine, my money is frozen under their account.

I've been doing business with MxLocker since they got their start selling used Motocross gear on Instagram! And they offered Professional level gear at affordable prices! And i mean the type of gear that you can't buy in stores or online. They were getting their stock right from the racers themselves, so still to this day they still are offering gear and everything else that you can't buy in stores or online on this site.So check them out before you look anywhere else, and you to will become a loyal member of the MxLocker Family

And i mean the type of gear that you can't buy in stores or online. They were getting their stock right from the racers themselves, so still to this day they still are offering gear and everything else that you can't buy in stores or online on this site.So check them out before you look anywhere else, and you to will become a loyal member of the MxLocker Family
