I read the description for this app hoping it will efficiently convert my msg files to eml files, but it has already been a nightmare. I bought this app this evening, it keeps crushing and not respond. Also, not so user friendly. I would like to get my money back and I can immediately uninstall this software. Hope the developer really come up with better user interface/experience and also really work on issues with this app…
