App works pretty well overall, sometimes takes a minute to get the reading from the scale but always ends up getting it. One thing I would love to see in the app is the ability to edit the starting weight. I started losing before I got my scale and I would like to be able to put in my original starting weight.

The scale won’t link to the app, it isn’t even recognized by my phone. Version is higher then the device recommends so everything on that side is good. There is no way for you to link it other then standing on it and nothing happens which leads to my second point. Trying to pair it with my phone and the app it has given me 5 different weights, all ranging from 156 lbs to 160 lbs, 4 were around 157 but not accurate as the number kept changing slightly depending on how I stepped on it, like higher towards the number or lower on the square glass. I do like that it uses 3 AAA batteries instead of those expensive watch batteries but wish it worked better and wish the Bluetooth worked at all. There is also no trouble shooting in the manual and no way to contact anyone. Would not recommend this item.

I just received it 30 minutes ago, I opened the package and pulled the tab holding the batteries, it immediately turned on and was recognized by the app within seconds. I stepped onto it and a few seconds later I had a complete overview of my weight and BMI and everything else on the app.. 10 minutes later I did it again and all the results were slightly different, but all within less than 0.5% of the first use, which is acceptable and perfectly normal for these types of devices.. I would definitely recommend.

Update: it’s crazy slow again plus it’s losing data. I recorded my weight yesterday in the morning and evening. I woke up today and after struggling to get it to read the biometrics with 5 separate weight ins, I noticed all the data from yesterday was gone. I thought this might have been happening in the past but wasn’t sure. Incredibly disappointed. Gave this more than one chance and I’m done. I stick by changing the arrow colors. Why are the increase arrows red? Sometimes gaining weight is a good thing. I told them to lose the green and red colors ASAP. Make them blue or something neutral. They said they will pass it onto the dev team to consider. They never did.
