Otra de las grandes ventajas de Stratya® GMAO es la posibilidad de gestionar equipos técnicos, al mismo tiempo que generar, seguir y planificar Órdenes de Trabajo según la disponibilidad de recursos. Además posibilita el control y análisis de los costes de un mantenimiento adecuado -preventivo, correctivo, de mejora o conductivo- para ver el impacto de su ejecución.
