Squashed some annoying bugs that were causing trouble

Fixed GRNs having trust issues. They no longer accuse innocent prices of being wrong. Dispute checkbox joined the gym when it's mandatory, it's locked in. CK GRNs are now confidently closing orders without asking for permission every single time. Non-CK GRNs learned the meaning of boundaries and only show "Close Order" when users are allowed.
