Updated the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to identify TheFrenchApps, LLC as the app operator and use company contact information.

Version 4.0 adds HPD violation tracking. Class A, B and C violations — heat, hot water and other maintenance conditions — are now collected alongside DOB and ECB records, driving a new Building Risk summary and feeding your AI reports. The app has been redesigned around it. Violation classes, ECB penalties and complaint priority now share one severity scale, every record names the identifier it was matched on, and DOB complaints appear as a twelve-month chart.

Added vacate order tracking, improved address matching when selecting buildings, and made AI building reports more useful with clearer priority insights.

Version 3.0 brings AI-powered building reports that summarize violations, permits, complaints, and facade filings in plain language — tailored to your role as a realtor, board member, or resident. This update also adds DOB complaints, facade compliance filings, and ECB hearing outcomes directly in the building view. Plus smarter address autocomplete, a refreshed onboarding experience, and reliability improvements throughout.
