Poor customer service . Wish I can give a zero
The app keeps charging me double each time I make a purchase but I receive coins just for one . I contacted customer service and send them all my transactions details, they did nothing. I told App Store and the money was refunded. Poppo went ahead and block my account for fraud and took gift I gave people. They never contacted me trying to resolve the issue. Horrible service. Scam service. I had points and money in my account before they close it. Be careful before this app drains all your money. Horrible. I already have a lot of people leaving the app already. Fix your customers service asap. Get a better way to respond to customer complaints.
Ghost mode/ hacked stuck in room
Someone stuck in the live loud talking or and snoring also. Has happened a few times. Restart and everything, mute, block mic, block audio. Everything but somehow ghost mode hacked they can’t be removed whoever stuck in the live how already fix that please clinching bad. How if they gone none of them in the party live. But still someone somehow in the room where. Talking loud, really loud, or snoring loud but can’t see or get whoever out the room. However they in there period.
