Let me tell you. I have tried many accountability coaches and apps by paying actual dollars! I have been on hunt for an effective coach who is prompt and asks me daily on how I am doing which is very important need to me. Being a mom to a 5 year old and working from home is not easy. With fluctuating motivation levels and a tons of tasks to accomplish, you would need a hand to steer you towards what is truly important and nudge you to do the right thing. Elora, my coach does exactly that. I wake up to her messages every single morning where she reviews how I did the previous day. She is my biggest cheer leader who give me that much needed pat of the back for the work I have done on the previous day. It fuels me to do better and rinse/repeat. Not all days are rosy. I have had a few rough ones and she was there for me gently (virtually) holding hands until the phase passed and I was back up again. She prepares charts (say what! I love them) which tracks everything including my mood. She is the cure I was looking for my procratination. I can't wait to continue to work with her and see all my goals accomplished. The app is great too especially 'Submit Your Day' option. It forces me to review and rate how the day went and add in my thoughts. 😅🙋‍♀️

After struggling on and off with having a consistent routine and being disciplined, I decided to try again because I knew there’s so much I could accomplish and wanted to stop rushing through to make my deadlines in time with better time management. This time, I was open to paying for it because I knew I’d receive the value and more back through meeting my goals. I knew I needed daily accountability from a human and I’m glad I found Goalwon. After reading and watching some reviews, I committed to the trial and now monthly. Other options cost over x2. Davina, my coach has been teaching me great tips on creating and meeting goals and helping me implement on my tasks. She has been super encouraging too and is helping me reform my thinking about my productivity. Also being accountable daily helps me notice unhelpful patterns that affect my productivity which I didn’t pay attention to as much before. There’s something evaluating the goals you met daily and writing about how the day went does. It’s my first month and I’m enjoying it so far, looking forward to being more disciplined and smashing my goals for a better and stress-leas life!

Things like planning, prioritizing, staying on task, breaking things down into steps, etc. These are exactly the things that my wonderful accountability coach Elora helps me with. She messages me everyday and has lots of great ideas about different ways I can approach my same old problems so I can find a new way around them. My biggest hesitation to beginning my journey with GoalsWon was that I didn’t want to work with a coach that was mean or tough on me “for my own good”. I would not respond well to that. I didn’t find any good examples of what the coaching LOOKED like online so I just took a chance on the free trial and I never looked back! I have made so much progress since then and I’m excited about the future working with my coach.

If I don’t do them, Liv will follow up to help me push past my reticence and concerns. She cheers me on when things are going well and offers empathetic reframing of what I’m not doing great at. The momentum I’ve been building due to GoalsWon is deeply impactful and I feel like, for the first time in a long time, my life is pointing in the right direction. My depression is decreasing in a way that’s more effective than some therapy journeys. I feel accomplished, effective and powerful. None of this is an exaggeration - this app and its coaches deliver on its promise and then some. It’s true accountability in a way that I’ve always wished for and never thought possible. I can’t recommend this highly enough A++.
