The iGrafter© is a Tablet/Phone app developed to help the physician to correct the penile tortuosity.
The iGrafter APP was developed to be used by urologic surgeons during surgery of plaque incision and grafting to correct a penile deformity such as Peyronie's disease or a congenital penile curvature.
Below is a list of some of the advantages of using the iGrafter to perform the penile correction:
1. Half of the graft's area when compared to a classic double Y incision technique.
2. Less trauma and tear of the sinusoidal tissue, with a better erectile function.
3. More reliable graft size calculation and less human error.
4. More precision in finding the perfect site to make the incision and graft.
5. Simultaneously correction of a multiplanar deviation in a single graft, avoiding additional plication.
6. Correction of hourglass deformity with minimal graft area.
7. Can be used on your phone or tablet
