This app works as Intended but I got tired of ads so I decided to buy the one time purchase subscription but it charged me without giving me access to the subscription. I still get ads and all that. When I hit “restore purchases” it loaded then crashes. Honesty might report to BBB because I’ve contacted the owner of the app but have gotten no response…

Soon as I open the app I get hit with a rating asking for five stars and every time I click out of it it pops up again three seconds later like how do you expect me to write your app if I haven’t even used it more than three seconds first off when I connected to the TV controls do not work properly and then I click one of the buttons five times and I get a pop-up screen saying that I have to pay $14 a month if I want “unlimited clicks” which means you can only use the controller for a couple clicks when I say a couple I mean like three or four and then you have to pay $14 a month extremely poor marketing and not to mention a waste of time personal opinion if you’re going to make an app like this there should be a free version that doesn’t bombard you with pop-up saying that you have to pay every five seconds I only got to use the remote for literally less than a minute before it said I can’t use it anymore unless I pay I do not suggest downloading this I don’t understand why the ratings are so high probably fake ratings download the app yourself and you’ll understand why I say this unless you want to waste $14 a month on something you probably won’t use just go buy a keyboard and mouse for the same price of one month and then you’ll never have to pay again

You can’t do anything without a screen popping up, trying to get you to subscribe and even trying to trick you into downloading another app as if it’s an update for this one! I literally just installed this one and just tried to use it for the first time if there was an update for it why wouldn’t they have updated the app itself before I even downloaded it? Pretty sure it was just an ad lying to me! They throw all these ads and subscriptions in your face, as if you can’t continue forward without doing it, but you can just close them out! But then you press one button and another one pops right up again! Let me try this out first to see if I even like it and then I might subscribe! But i’m sure as heck not going to now! what a frustrating experience! Why would I subscribe to something that’s so snakey & unhelpful right off the bat!!

This is not the free app that Samsung developed for use with their products. Not only is it an attempt to trick you with its name, it starts by showing slides meant to introduce its features and then if you proceed past the last slide you jump right into an unwanted $15 purchase. I cancelled quickly enough to avoid the charge, went back, and noticed a faint icon (Skip or X or something I don’t recall exactly) that allowed you to use the app without paying. Then I hit a registration wall. Seems like a blatant scam job. Should be immediately removed from the App Store.
