I really like the short form sessions. The combination of sounds, phone vibration, and images really do go well together. Trasa has really crafted a really special experience, especially between the music and vibrations. I was honestly surprised how easy it was for me to relax when viewing the sessions. I tried it a few times throughout the week, mostly when getting home from work, and used my headphones to get the best overall experience.This is a solid app and I can’t wait to see how it grows in the future!

I’m pretty busy most of the time and often find myself getting stressed. I don’t usually have the patience to take the time to let go of the stress and reach a calmer state, that is until I tried Trasa. Somehow this combo of calming imagery, a vibration and soothing sound really does it for me and it only takes a minute! I use it for a moment of calm between meetings and when I’m frustrated or stressed with challenges of 2 active kids. Love it!
