Worst update ever!!! Wish I’d never updated this app!!! Lost all favorites list and now harder to add them again!!!Lost password protection!!! All hidden channels no longer hidden and now have to select 1 by 1 to hide them again instead of selecting all in one go….super annoying!!! Subtitles on by default have to manually change them!!! Ridiculous tap on screen to change brightness and volume not easy to navigate!!! Now takes longer to load programs!!! Now have extra option to download everything, not needed!!!Bring back the previous version which was working just fine!!!
Latest app update made the app useless

The latest app update took away features that were working just fine. Now there is no setting to filter languages - so you have to scroll through hundreds of different languages that you do not want. Favorite list got deleted!! And you have to manually turned off subtitles on every episode,..!!! Not a user friendly app update at all!! Bring back the previous version!!

This is the worst program and the worst treatment. I asked to subscribe to the VIP package and paid the amount, but the service does not work well and there are not all Turkish series dubbed into Arabic. I tried to contact customer service, but there is no response to my messages or calls because they open the messages and read them, but they do not respond to customers. I advise everyone not to subscribe to any service with these people because they are fraudsters and scammers.
