So growing up I never really thought I would be using “marriage apps” or anything of the sort but tis the world we live in nowadays. Ask anybody for help and they’ll say have you tried this app or that, etc. Having tried some of the other apps like Minder, or MuzMatch personally I would say Sunnah Match is best and most geared towards marriage. It doesn’t have as a broad a user base as some of those other ones but this is a service you pay for. Everybody is serious to get married and aiming for that. The guy has to talk to either the girl’s brother or father (Wali) and then both sides can assess and see how to go. This is the way, our Prophet (SAW) recommended us to approach marriage. I’ve only met nice people thus far on here. It may lead to marriage, it may not however I feel calm in knowing I’m not compromising my Deen by “swiping right/left” and or wasting time with non-serious people just looking for someone to talk.

App states that there is a free trial period however I was charged without ever attempting to try the app. I am now not able to get a refund and I was charged 43 dollars for an app I do not even want to use. Stop being deceiving and stating there is a free trial period if you plan on charging users right away.
Request for Limited Messaging for Non-Paid Members

I appreciate the values of Sunnah Match. However, completely restricting messaging for non-paid members makes communication difficult. Allowing at least one message, as before, would greatly help sincere users.

The app seems to be alright. But a lot of the women on it seem to be pretty strict about culture etc. A lot of the user base is from the UK or countries around the world. It’s a bit buggy and it’s behind a massive paywall. Unless you pay 66 bucks for half a year you can’t do anything at all. Not worth the money. I also try to delete my account and it doesn’t seem to do anything
