Never seen any app with such an excellent customer service like this and a quick fix of bug. Didn’t take up to 30 minutes to get response after texting them on WhatsApp and the bug I complained about was fixed immediately. Excellent!!!

This is the best Voip services i have ever used. Not only cheap but also have a quick and responsive customer care service.I have a suggestion. Ill be happy if you can fix it in the next update. I have 2 numbers. When i have a missed call. It doesn’t indicate what number out of the two was called. I really enjoyed your service but I’ll be happy if that’s fixed. Thanks

I signed up 5 weeks ago, and I still cannot make calls, literally every time I want to call anyone it does not go through, I try customer service and they are a waste of time, they say it’s a 3 hr wait time in fact it’s a forever wait time as they never get back to you! And who has 3 hours to sit there staring at the phone while you wait for a response, and if you mis them they cut it off and you have to start again. DO NOT buy or spend any money on this app you are just giving your self stress and aggravation.

Possibly an Indian one.I paid a us phone number, as soon as I bought $9.99 credit , it’s not working anymore, it can’t call out or receive call. Then it locked me out from the account.Their customer service doesn’t respond first, then 2 days later they only respond with what’s your problem, what you want?It appears to be an Indian run scam . Their sms messages prices have one for us phones ,another for Idian phones. They don’t even write English properly.The reply by Fanytel just like a copy paste nonsense not intended to solve anything . The details had already provided in the emails, if no refund, a charge back will be initiated to get back the money. More charge back complaints will cause the bank to sanction this scam company.Don’t use this app, specifically don’t buy credits.
