I explored all of the major puppy training apps, and fell in love with this app’s design first. It’s just adorable! And, the most modern/updated. The “growth update” reels are so great. Then, I really enjoyed how they lay out the trainings, and found small bits of info that I just…liked better…than some others like Woofz. The journey paths are well laid out and have really helped me pace our training with my new miniature dachshund. My family is into it, too! I like the family share feature. Finally, I tried the “ask a trainer” chat feature today and was blown away at the quick and genuine/real reply. I don’t know what I expected but perhaps a more….AI/automated response? And it wasn’t that at all. Emily J. Gave me real, hands-on tidbits of advice I could use right now. Not huge plans that overwhelm, or copy/paste stuff. Real, use-case based help. I’m impressed!
Charged without the warning that was promised

Updated: Changing my review to add more stars based on great customer service. Don’t let my review sway you from getting this app—just make sure you pay attention if you might not keep it after the trial period. 😉 I got this app to try and was told there was a 7 day window before being charged. It also said I would get a notification before being charged. Y’all I have a brand new puppy. I’m not sleeping through the night, I’m trying to remember to take the puppy out to pee and read all the thing. I needed that notification to jog my memory. This might be a great app, but I ultimately had decided to go with something else and am frustrated that I was charged without the notification I was supposed to get. It’s also nearly impossible to find a customer service link, hence this review instead of going through customer service. Bummed I have to give this kind of review to hopefully get some help to solve the situation.

All reminders and notifications are actually managed by your app store, as they manage your overall subscription and not us directly I'm afraid. We do have an additional reminder we do send out, but this does require you to have notifications turned on for our app. You should be able to request a refund directly with the App Store. Amazing app for puppies

- Updated review -I had originally given the app because I thought my dog’s breed was not available, the developer was very responsive and explained that her Breed was in fact available. Since leaving my first review I have been following the app every day to train my puppy from 8-weeks old, I was a bit worried since I’ve never trainer a puppy and there is so much resources in the internet it can get pretty overwhelming, the app is be extremely easy to follow and my pup is reacting very well to all the lessons, right now she’s 9 weeks and she’s able to sit, understand her name, understand recall, im excited to continue learning with my pup and zigzag, I would definitely recommend this app for puppy raising!

If you don’t know anything about dogs or the basics it’s ok I’m on a free trial and everything I’ve found so far is basic and google would give you more info for free anything that’s worth reading is not covered in the 90 trial so I really don’t know if it’s worth it if you know the basics I was looking for more advanced training but with the trial I got this is as basic as it gets I you can actually find more on google for free on basic training if you don’t know how to train dogs and it would be more extensive I’m still looking to see what all a here but so far without paying for premium I’m not really impressed like I thought I would be but I’m also looking for more than sit and lay down I was hoping for other tactics to train all my dogs know sign language so this ain’t bad but definitely won’t be paying for a subscription if it’s not for anything but basic training
