Ive owned a business for 28 years, and I’ve used a lot of different banks, Missouri State bank is by far hands down the best bank I’ve ever used, I have my business account and personal account there and I love it! They are so friendly and they have very helpful employees. I am older and not that great with electronics any more, but they had the skill and patience to teach me what I needed to know about my online banking and I really love it!

I don’t think I am going to like the new app. I’ve already had issues with it & had to have customer service help me. The original app was simple. I also am not crazy about the new way to make deposits in the ATMs now either. I just don’t trust it and am not comfortable with just sliding in money with no deposit slip or envelope. Yes, I guess that just makes me old school and that’s okay!

This app update is so much better than the last . I see all I need and can rename all my accounts and do all my banking through it! Thank you for making my life easier

First time using updated version and admittedly I do not like change. The original version was much easier to make deposits as the camera automatically captured check image once aligned properly in the sight picture. This version requires manual camera operation which upsets camera stability. Also the “Add Another” check to deposit is gone and are separated into different transactions. It still works, but as I said, I don’t like change.
