Smart Time Blocks: Master time without complications! The new time blocks allow you to create tasks without looking too far back or forward in time. A magical trick to keep your schedule always fresh and current!

Making you wait so long for a new update was definitely worth it. We are officially opening 2022 with some very important big news! We are so excited that we don't know which one to let you know first... First of all we have added the 'Disable User' feature, so users can be disabled so that they can't create tasks or edit the ones they already have. This way you will still be able to view all the activities performed by a disabled user and you will be able to re-enable them whenever you want. Very useful when the user is an occasional contributor. We have also given you the opportunity to create an alias of the user when he/she will be permanently disconnected from the account, thanks to the creation of an alias you will still be able to see all the activities of that user and you will be able to create new ones without the actual user seeing them since he/she is disconnected. Another great new feature is the appearance of Qr-codes. You'll be able to create new activities using qr-codes, making the use of our app even more practical but above all faster. You'll have to create Qr-Codes and match them with the tags you want to give to the activity that will be created automatically once the qr-code is scanned. It will be a fast and safe way to stamp time cards regarding working hours. The last, but not least, news concerns veterans. We know that migrating data from the old to the new application takes a lot of time and energy. It has been requested by many and finally it has arrived: AUTOMATIC DATA MIGRATION. If you are already subscribed to the old Giornaliera you can migrate into a new empty account (so as not to create duplicates) all the data in your old account in a few simple clicks. This procedure can be done only when you subscribe to the new version, so if you already have an account and still want to migrate the data you will have to create a new one. Always remember that we are always willing to help you out. After working on these great new features we have then fixed some bugs and various fix As a start 2022 we say that's enough no? We are back with a Super update! You can now enter your hours worked in decimal. But that's not all you'll find some improvements in using the app.

Yesterday the light bulb turned on giving us an idea to make it even easier and automatic for you to create your activities, by making some tags main and therefore immediately visible during the creation of an activity. So we didn't get lost in trivia and our developers made it happen! Yes, in one night! That great! What you have to do now is click on the 'UPDATE' button to repay their effort! Settembre è per tutti un mese di novità e ovviamente noi non potevamo mancare! Siamo lieti di comunicarvi uno dei nostri aggiornamenti più grandi finora. Da oggi potete utilizzare Giornaliera in una versione ad uso esclusivamente personale, ma la verà novità è che potete usufruire della VERSIONE FREE!! Si avete letto bene, abbiamo aggiunto un pacchetto FREE ai nostri piani! Abbiamo pensato anche ai nostri veterani ovviamente, per loro abbiamo aggiunto il richiestissimo export dei report in PDF! Ma non è finita qui! Vi ricordate quando qualche mese abbiamo fatto un viaggio con la mente cambiando lingua? Beh da oggi sarà realtà, potrai utilizzare Giornaliera nella versione in italiano, in inglese, in francese e in spagnolo!

Siamo tornati dalle vacanze con nuove bellissime funzionalità, ora è possibile scegliere un tema colore per ogni workspace, inoltre, abbiamo aggiunto i comandi rapidi cosi potrai creare nuove attività con un solo click.

Finalmente siamo tornati con un’altro aggiornamento! Abbiamo aggiunto una procedura guidata che farà si che la configurazione del vostro workspace sia ancora più semplice. Basterà selezionare, al momento della creazione, la tipologia della tua azienda per avere tag e contatori creati su misura per te! Oltre a questo abbiamo aggiunto la possibilità di bloccare la modifica delle attività dopo un determinato periodo e la possibilità di clonare tag e contatori!

Le sorprese non sono ancora finite! Abbiamo corretto qualche piccolo bug che ci era sfuggito. Però per farci perdonare abbiamo aggiunto tante nuove icone per i tag e, reggetevi forte, abbiamo pensato a una nuova grafica per la visualizzazione dei tag!

Allacciate le cinture perchè stiamo per darvi delle notizie che vi faranno saltare giù dalla sedia! Abbiamo completamente rivoluzionato i report ascoltando i vostri feedback, che sono per noi importantissimi. Siamo riusciti a renderli ancora più precisi e performanti. Riuscite a crederci? Ma le belle notizie non sono finite qui! Per prima cosa abbiamo pensato a voi che siete sempre di corsa, sodisfando le vostre esigenze con una nuova timeline più intuitiva e veloce. Inoltre abbiamo pensato a chi vuole tenersi sempre in contatto con i propri collaboratori implementando i messaggi personalizzati per gli utenti. Per aggiungere la ciliegina sulla torta abbiamo implementato i Team, un modo ancora più semplice, veloce e organizzato di gestire i tuoi gruppi di lavoro.
