I love this app, it has a great content. the audio books and RJ's are great. the audio quality is awesome. it would great if the app has a feature / button to manually make the audio books to listen offline instead of detecting the internet and then asking user to listen offline. also it is useful wen we want to use the app while in travel where we lose network connectivity frequently.
Hire some good testers and developers and focus on production issue please

We’ve been trying to use the app on weekends to listen to stories, but we keep encountering an error message that says, “Something went wrong, please try again.” This issue has been ongoing for a while and is becoming very frustrating.Given the growth of your platform, we believe it’s time to offer better customer support options—such as a helpline—so users can quickly connect and resolve issues. Currently, the only way to contact your team is through email, and the response time has been quite slow.We’re really disappointed with the app experience so far and hope you address both the technical issue and the lack of responsive support as soon as possible.

Let user check the quality before purchasing

The fact that you just let the users to listen to introductory lesson does not make sense. I would like to listen at least one portion of the actual chapter before deciding if the quality of the audio book is good. The introductory part does not add value. No body is going to become millionaire after listen to 1 min of the actual content. Make it free so that we can understand the quality. Also, I could not find a book I was looking for. Improve the search feature. Add more filters so that we can search them using author name as well. I see many books with the same name.

Let me start with the positives first. Great concept, good selection of books. Very helpful. Encourages one to spend their time learning rather than mindlessly scrolling social media.But there app experience leaves lot to be desired. Horrible app experience. Multiple thumbs down to there product team. Seems trying to do too many things and not too well. Product team seems utterly confused what features should be there which had complicated in app experience. Even the basic functionality of finding a book, start listening to it and then come back and continue listening is overly complicated with erratic behavior
