I have had many prepaid cards, and I did like a few of them and was with 1 for a very long time. However, B9 is by far the very best. I love their cashback as fast, accurate no lies no cheats is exactly as it says. Their advancements is awesome. They reward you with perfect advancements. The only concern I have and it’s not a huge concern always keep my cards locked, always have I always will. I do not open them unless I’m using them and nobody ever gets on my phone and I have a phone lock anyways, even if they tried, so there was a few times a transaction was completed with my card being locked that is not supposed to happen with or without my permission. It doesn’t matter if I gave permission. It is not supposed to happen if your card is locked that means no transactions I see that the only issue needs to work harder on making sure that does not happen. Also, after I’ve repaid my advancement and got a new advancement hours later B9 try to take that payment that I’ve already paid out again. I talked to support. They said they couldn’t find no processing repayment, but it was trying to take out for the second time for the same amount that I just paid again and again it’s not a huge issue because I contacted support and it didn’t happen again so they’re really good about getting back to you and fixing the issue in the problem so only thing I see them may need just a little bit more work on is transactions being made locked trying to take out same payment twice

Ok, this app rocks! We all know how tough it to make ends meet, and feel like we can never catch a break. But with B9, it's a whole different story. First things first, you can get paid up to 15 days early! Yeah, you heard that right. No more waiting for someone else's payroll system to catch up. YOU EARNED IT, YOU GET IT RIGHT AWAY! Plus, with the B9 Advance feature you can take out up to $500 to cushion those tough times. And the more you make on-time payments, the bigger advances you can qualify for. They also have debit card that offers 5% cashback on everyday purchases. Couldn’t find anyone else doing that. That cashback adds up real quick too. B9 also has stuff to help you manage your money like free credit checks and for tax season, synchronization with the april tax app. Like any money app, B9 does have you jump through some hoops to get set up. They do an ID check with either your SSN or ITI card. But NO BACKGROUND CHECK so don’t worry! Once you’re confirmed you can take out the advance amount you need and use your B9 Visa debit card. And with no transfer fees, you can send money to your peeps whenever you need to. Definitely useful. Thank you B9.

I do like this app. However, be careful with them. First of all their policy is that if you receive $300 in direct deposits in order to receive an advance. I did that between Sept 11 and Sept 25th. When my deposit came on the 25th, I had an advance available, but I didn’t want to take it out at the moment. The very next morning, I could no longer get my advance because according to them it was now day 15, and I was $8 of that $300. Even though I had received over $300 in 14days like their policy states. I never had that happen before. That changed the way I felt about this company. Also, how do you charge me $4 to move my money from one of my accounts to another. I’m already paying $20 a month for the premium plan which most companies only charge $10. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT CHARGES EXTREMELY HIGH FEES JUST TO TRANSFER YOUR MONEY THAT YOU WORKED SO HARD FOR. I’m assuming it’s because it’s a prepaid kinda thing, but the fees are ridiculous. Not only that, there is NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a number, but when you call them they say leave a message which is NEVER returned. Then they set up a chat feature, but those are NOT real people. I know so because I asked very specific questions, but got the same repetitive robot answers. If they get a REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM, lover some of these EXTREMELY HIGH FEES and follow their own policies, they will definitely get 5 stars from me but right now def not worth that.

This app is a scam. They lie about you getting paid two days early, which is a lie because I typically get paid on Fridays and I was supposed to get my check on Wednesday. It is not Friday and I have yet to get my check and now customer service wants to tell me that they’re having a delay. Meanwhile, everything will be ready by 9 PM correct is now 940 and I still haven’t received my direct deposit that my hard earned money that I work hard for so I would advise for anyone to not download this app and not trust it all they do is give you the runaroundUpdate: I spoke to several agents earlier and was told that I would get my deposit around 9pm tonight it’s now 11:34 and I have not only received my check early but it is now a whole other day from my pay day that I don’t have my hard earn money I don’t know what you all have to do but I expect my check with in the morning or we are going to have some big problems at this point you guys are a scam and once I receive my deposit I will never do business with you all again and I will definitely tell anyone that will listen of the experience that I have experienced I’ve already left a review and I will continue to leave reviews until this is resolved immediately! I don’t know what you all take us hard working Americans for but we’re about to have a big problem if my deposit that I worked hard for isn’t in this account I have a paystub that says it was deposited into this account so why aren’t I seeing my MONEY!!! If I have to file a police report and report you all to the better business bureau it won’t be good
