I was invited to play as a guest my by friend and they asked me to download the app. I thought ok fine, its probably just a waiver. Nope. It asks way too much personal information for me being a guest. It asks for my dob, my cell #, and emergency contact and their cell# and then it asks for my credit card information for billing…all for what? So 6mths down the road your information gets leaked and now someone has my dob and my number and emergency contact’s number and my cred card information!? Im good. No wonder you have 1 star out of 94 reviews. Didnt end up filling it out and I suggested a different place. Not worth filling all this information out just to be a guest. Pass. Chiken and Pickle doesnt make you do all of this smh.

Something must have happened with a new update when I was out of town because I don’t remember if malfunctioning before. The app has picked a home court for me that is incorrect and I’m unable to correct it. And now it won’t allow me to log in and won’t even let me reset my password. This is really aggravating as I play tennis frequently, so the app is important to me.

I have loved this app since it makes scheduling drills and court times easy. However, there is no option to add scheduled drills or court times to your Google/Outlook/Apple calendars. So right now I need to manually copy over events into my personal calendar rather than using an easy auto-add feature that most other apps employ. Please add this useful feature!

After months of using the app, without issue, the search bar for reserving a court will no longer functions. You cannot find nor reserve any court without this functioning. I have asked for help within the app and notified the courts of this problem. After months of the search bar not functioning, it still has yet to fix the problem.
