I migrated from Payday, first hassle was getting my ID verified, next and still battling with my migrated funds to be useable. Y’all said it’s being checked whether it is safe. Money that I deposited and then converted to USD been checking for months now whether it is safe to use.I let that slide and deposited naira after reading the terms that deposit fee is 1% while in reality I was charged more than 1%. I went ahead and made second deposit to convert to USD and create a virtual card to pay for subscriptions, none of the cards are available for creation. Why tell me insufficient balance only for my to make balance available before finding out that the feature does not even work?Be honest with yourselves, you launched and made all these promises whereas in reality when compared with financial institutions in your category the difference is that you charge and don’t deliver. I wonder who the people are that are giving good reviews, how much were they paid or are they using a second Changera app that I do not have access to. Please fix this problems.It makes no sense for a customer to get to the point of using your service before finding out that it does not work. It is frustrating and then you charge them on top of it. Is that value for money?

I will advice you keep off from this fraudulent app, they will hang your money, restrict you from making use of the app and place you on a long journey to start processing verification that will never be completed. They are just as same as their old name Payday, after defrauding people with Payday, they changed and brought us to Changera to waste our time the more and keep defrauding new members. Later they will change their name after defrauding lots of new members. Before you use ask people that were using this useless service when it was called Payday and know anyone has been able to withdraw their deposited money ever since with was Payday. What they do now is to ask you to upgrade one rubbish KYC that won’t capture your face, and keeps telling you error, if you complain they tell you do send screenshots and screen records, after so many attempts they will ask you to use another phone, after many attempts and still not working they ask you to send start over and send screen recording again to keep fooling themselves. My fund has been in their App for more than a year I been trying to get my money but this useless people refuse to allow me withdraw. USE THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. My provoking reply after more than one year unable to withdraw my money or do anything on their app👇👇 “You guys must be a BIG fool for telling me to send a screen recording again, don’t you guys have more than enough screen recordings and screenshots I shared with you previous about this issue now you asking me to do same, you must be stupid. Continue restricting my account and I will keep sharing my bad experience with you guys to everyone of my reach. “

Been using Changera for months and I took my time to observe if there’s any flaw, but to my surprise, there’s been none! It’s the best so far, the customer service has been wonderful. Besides having the “best rates!”, the help line is always there in less than a minute.It has been great so far. This virtual card service is the best by a mile! They can always get better though

I loved my experience on Changera.I was able to send money from Kenya to Ghana and the recipient did not even need to have the app.I converted cUSD, available on the crypto wallet to Ghanaian Cedi (GHC) and my transaction costs were so low it made the app my first choice when sending money around Africa.Great work team !!!
