The Secret for Weight Loss app connects you with your wellness plan. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation. As a Secret for Weight Loss patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Secret for Weight Loss in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for Secret for Weight Loss patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Secret for Weight Loss patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Secret for Weight Loss uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
