This is a great app! I ended up paying to remove the watermark, but this made having your background really come to life. I have this on a desktop computer, but I can really see this killing a battery if you had it on a MacBook, but there are a lot of battery saving options that it does offer.I wish it had more options to choose from, but it makes up by offering personal uploads that you can find from the internet or record yourself. I haven’t tried or played with this feature yet, so I don’t know how intuitive it is, but if it is anything like the rest of the app, it has to be pretty intuitive. Great work on this!

I love all the art in this app. Tons of selections of different animated backgrounds. However, note that EVERYTHING IS WATERMARKED unless you pay $5 USD (for each wallpaper) to remove the watermark. I love supporting artists though, so that's not why I rated it 3 stars.The rating comes from a relatively small issue I take with it. There is no way to change to different "performance modes". I have used Wallpaper Engine from Steam on my Windows, and that allows for animation pausing while something is fullscreened, modes that consume less cpu, and a couple other features that would really suit this app. I will fully admit, I can't know if these things are done automatically because that info is never displayed. However, since there's no information about it, I will assume that those features are not present. (note: there ARE "energy" options. That is not the same thing as performance options. While they might help conserve battery, they do not conserve CPU/GPU usage. That is more of what I am referring to)Regardless of this lack of performance control, I have yet to have a problem with performance. It runs very smoothly, but I have a pretty high-end Mac which most people might not have, so I can't know how well it runs on older computers.Regardless, this is a solid app, and it was really easy to find a background that I liked. Super "plug and play" which is gonna be great for the majority of people.

I've been using the app for a few days now, and generally enjoying it. It's nice to be able to breathe a little life into your desktop. A few issues:1. Currently getting a 503 error request which makes changing the wallpaper or browsing for others impossible. I'm hoping this is a temporary outage.2. The name is presented inconsistently. In the app store, it's referred to as "iWallpaper - Live Wallpaper" but installed, it shows as "MyWallpaper." Not important, but strange.3. Being able to create my own wallpapers and upload them is fantastic, but I'd love it if the 100MB file size limitation were increased. I use a 4K display, so to get the file below 100MB means either a very short loop or compromised bit rate (which means low quality). Even if it were only possible to use larger files that are stored locally, that would be great.4. The browse function for finding new, community-shared wallpapers could be much better. Most critically, it needs a filter for 4K wallpapers. There's no scenario in which I would find it acceptable to use a 1920x1080 wallpaper on a 3840x2160 screen, so the app desperately needs a way to just filter out the lower-resolution wallpapers. Further, the categories are too few and overly broad... shared wallpapers need a searchable tag system to find relevant options more easily.None of those are dealbreakers, really (except the current 503 error, which I assume will be temporary). The most critical for me would be the ability to use files larger than 100MB, but overall... it's a pretty fun app.

Been testin up the app and loving it. I wanted a wallpaper engine for so long and tis finally here. There are a coupe things that I would want to see in the next updates. I do wish I could edit the file I uploaded to the app after oublishing and be able to delete wallpapers uploaded as well if it didn't upload right. Also searching by creator or hashtags would be cool because right now searching for a specific artwork/cartoon/game is a bit hard.A note after using the app for a white. I just moved to a new computer and can’t find a button to restore my purchases since I paid to remove a watermark. Would appreciate guidance on where to find it or adding that button to the app. This is the only reason I am putting 4 stars for the app
