Better security for your account from Infrabel: With Infrabel Account you protect your account from Infrabel with both your password and with an extra verification or factor. This is called MFA or Multi Factor Authentication.
If you choose to use the 'Infrabel Account'-app, it will even be very easy: Without having to enter a username and password every time. A finger scan, facial recognition or passcode is sufficient after your registration in the app!
Infrabel employees and registered partners obtain their account from Infrabel via the appropriate channels. Others can register via https://accounts.infrabel.be for a free Infrabel approved account.
Note: This app is conceived to access Infrabel applications only. It’s not aimed to work as a generic authenticator app.
